What the heck is a Business Pathfinder? Why that name? What are we even talking about here? These are the first questions I get when people stumble upon my project.

This term is my personal formula for the job—it’s the key to understanding my entire philosophy.

This isn't consulting in the narrow, dry, snooze-fest sense of the word. In a world where consulting is broken down into a million specialized silos, I bring a full-cycle perspective.

A Business Pathfinder is NOT "just another consultant". Think of me as a Synthesis Specialist who uses a magnifying glass to follow the tracks of problems and possibilities. I examine the company's entire organism—from its financial anatomy and legal nerve endings to its marketing bloodstream and cultural DNA.

It’s the art of investigation. I’m like Sherlock Holmes, but for business, where there are no trivial details—only clues.

Credentials Earned in the Trenches

My 28-year professional journey is a map of real battles, not textbook drills.

I’ve been on both sides of the fence: as a founder of a construction company landing government contracts and a stockbroker, as a turnaround specialist (who literally resurrected a sinking dairy plant), and as the architect of complex M&A deals.

I’ve involuntarily ended up in the middle of corporate wars, managed to come out afloat with an equity stake, built sales systems from the ground up, and learned to hold my breath underwater in periods of crisis, when everyone else was scrambling for a life raft.

You won't find names of people, companies, funds, or banks in these Chronicles. And it’s not about modesty.

It’s about respect —respect for the NDAs I sign, for the people I’ve had the honor of working with, and for the rules of the big league game.
